N2  - In dieser Arbeit wurde der Zusammenhang zwischen NDV-Stamm und onkolytischer Wirkung auf Tumorzellen untersucht. Die Analyse der onkolytischen Eigenschaft ausgewählter NDV zeigte, dass die Wirkung auf die Tumorzellen von der Art des NDV abhängt. Desweiteren erfolgte die Herstellung und Charakterisierung von rekombinanten Viren mit substituierten Oberflächenproteinen.
N2  - Various NDV isolates of different virulence were tested for their cytotoxic properties against tumor cells. It was shown that the oncolytic effect of NDV on tumor cells is dependent on virus strain. Furthermore, by using the reverse genetics system, recombinant viruses were generated containing altered F and HN proteins and the viruses were characterised.
