N2  - Zusammenfassung: Nach 3 Jahren postoperativer Beobachtungszeit fanden sich folgenden Ergebnisse: 1)Bei keiner Prophylaxeform fand sich ein Rezidiv. 2)Unter Kombinationsprophylaxe (150 µg Iodid und 75-125 µg L-Thyroxin) kleineres Volumen verglichen mit jeweiliger Monoprophylaxe. 3) Unter Kombinationsprophylaxe Volumenabnahme (Ausnahme: bei Restvolumen kleiner 6 ml keine Volumenänderung). 3)TSH-Zielwert nur durch L-Thyroxin möglich.
N2  - Summary: 3 years after goiter surgery the following results are found: 1) No recurrence at all. 2)Thyroid volume is found to be lower during a prophylaxis with a combination of 150 µg Iodid and 75-125 µg L-Thyroxin compared to monoprophylaxis. 3)There is a decrease of thyroid volume with a combined prophylaxis (exception: there is no change of thyroid volume in patients with thyroid volume lower than 6 ml after surgery). 4)To control the TSH-level L-Thyroxin is needed.
