T1  - Wirkung von Doxycyclin und Kamillosan® Konzentrat auf die Wundheilung im oberen Respirationstrakt in-vitro
N2  - Die EPOS-Leitlinien empfehlen bei chronischer Sinusitis mit poyposis nasi die präoperative Gabe von Doxycyclin. Ein einheitlicher Standard für die postoperative Therapie fehlt. Es wurde daher der Frage nachgegangen, wie Doxycyclin und Kamillosan sich in einem in-vitro Wundmodell auf die Wundheilung auswirken. Drei Wundmodelle wurden verglichen und anschließend eine in-vitro Medikamententestung durchgeführt. Es handelt sich hierbei um die erste in-vitro Studie zur Wundheilung unter Einfluss von Doxycyclin und Kamillosan bei Epithelzellen und Fibroblasten. Es zeigte sich eine konzentrationsabhängige wachstumshemmende Wirkung auf Epithelzellen und Fibroblasten durch Kamillosan und ein wachstumsfördernder Trend auf Fibroblasten durch Doxycyclin. Das Wachstum von Epithelzellen blieb unter Einfluss von Dxycyclin unbeeinflusst.
N2  - The EPOS guidelines recommend for the therapy of chronic sinusitis with nasal poyposis a preoperative treatment with Doxycyclin. Until today there exists no universal standard for a postoperative therapy. Based on these facts Doxycyclin and Kamillosan were tested in an in-vitro wound model. At first three wound models were compared and secondly one of them was used for in-vitro drug testing. This is the first study to demonstrate wound healing of epithelial cells and fibroblasts influenced by Doxycyclin and Kamillosan. Kammillosan was shown to have a concentration dependent growth-inhibiting effect on epithelial cells and fibroblasts and Doxycyclin had a growth-accelerating trend on fibroblasts. The growth of epithelial cells was not influenced by Doxycyclin.
