Therefor, the entire experiment is devided into five subprocesses, i.e. reverse transcription, hybridization, washing, fluorescence and detection. Each subrocess was modeled and analyzed separately. Afterwards the subrocesses were merged into the compound model, which was simulated for different parameter situations. This work enables a mathematical handling of the microarray experiment and helps to reveal its dependencies on the experimental steps. This can be used to improve the normalization and the analysis of microarray data.}, language = {de} }
