Jahrhunderts geschrieben und umfaßt die beiden Isländersagas Eyrbyggja saga und Egils saga Skalla-Grímssonar, den wichtigsten Textzeugen der sogenannten B-Redaktion, die bis heute weder als Ganzes noch in Form der Wolfenbüttler Handschrift ediert vorliegt. Durch die Textgrammatik der Egils saga mit Transliteration des Textes und Glossar wird eine Lücke in der Forschung zur Texttradition der Egils saga geschlossen.
N2  - Cod. Guelf. 9.10 Aug. 4to, written in the 14th century, contains Eyrbyggja saga and Egils saga Skalla-Grímssonar, the main witness of the so-called variant version B, which remains unpublished. Therefore, the text grammar of Egils saga with transliteration of the text and glossary closes a gap in the research on the text tradition of Egils saga.
