N2  - Die Strukturen eines Krankenhauses, insbesondere einer Universitätsklinik, sind geprägt von der Erbringung spezifischer Leistungen. Vertikale Strukturen und berufsständige Rücksichtnahmen dominieren den Alltag. Der Bereich mit den größten Kosten ist der Operationsbereich. Effiziente Modelle lassen sich anhand der Auswertung des Deckungsbeitrages definieren. Die bisherige dezentrale Operationsplanung, mit der Belegung fester Säle durch einzelne Fachgebiete, sollte heute obsolet sein. Flexible Strukturen, eine den Klinikumsvorstand direkt unterstehende OP-Koordination sowie die Auslagerung aller Tätigkeiten aus dem OP-Saal um die Schnitt-Naht-Zeit herum sind zwingend einzurichten. Nur so können die bisher anfallenden Überstunden nicht nur abgebaut werden, sondern auch zusätzliche Kapazitäten innerhalb der Regelarbeitszeit geschaffen werden. Dieses Prozessmanagement ermöglicht bereits im ersten Jahr einen direkten finanziellen Vorteil für das Klinikum.
N2  - The structures of a hospital, especially an university clinic, are embossed from to adduce of specific performances. Vertical structures and occupation-continuous considerations dominate the everyday life. The area with the biggest expenses is the operation-area. Efficient models can be defined on the basis of the evaluation of the cost contribution. The previous decentralized operation-planning, with the engagement of solid halls through individual specialties, should be obsolete today. Flexible structures, an administration directly under the clinic-executive as well as the evacuation of all activities from the OP-room about the cut-seam-time around is necessary to furnish. Only so, the until now accruing overtimes can be reduced not only, but also additional capacities are created within the rule-working time. This process assessment already makes possible a direct financial advantage for the clinic in the first year.
