T1  - Anziehbarkeit von Kompressionsstrümpfen der KKL 1 A-D mit und ohne Anziehhilfe im Vergleich zu Kompressionsstrümpfen der KKL 2 A-D und im Vergleich zu handelsüblichen Feinkniestrümpfen bei Menschen höheren Alters mit Bewegungseinschränkungen
N2  - Die Doktorarbeit befasst sich mit den Ergebnissen einer klinisch, mono-zentrisch, randomisierten, prospektiven Studie im Cross-over Design. geprüft wurden medizinische Kompressionsstrümpfe (MKS) gemäß RAL und CE-Zulassung in der Ausführung A-D CcL 1 (18 – 21 mmHg / 2,4 - 2,8 kPa) und CcL2 (23 – 32 mmHg / 3,1 - 4,3 kPa) mit geschlossener Fußspitze, unterschiedliche Modelle der Hersteller Medi, Juzo, Sigvaris und Bauerfeind hinsichtlich Schwierigkeiten im Anziehverhalten bei Bewegungseinschränkung (z.B. Hüft-TEP, bandscheibensymptomatik, Arthrose, etc.) im Vergleich auch zu herkömmlichen Kniestrümpfen. Die Studie erfolgte im Rahmen von 2 Visiten (1. Screeningvisite/Studieneinschluss, 2. Visite1 mit 3Anziehkomplexen der o.g. Strumpfvarianten mit und ohne Anziehhilfe (textil, Gestell) randomisiert); gezeigt werden konnte dass das Anziehverhalten auch die Compliance und somit auch das Therapieziel beeinflusst. Daher wird bei gehandikapten Patienten, unabhängig von der Kompressionsklasse, oft eine individuelle Hilfeleistungen benötigt, z.B. Anziehhilfen oder auch Hilfe durch Dritte (z.B. Pflegedienst)
N2  - This thesis deals with the results of a clinically, mono-centric, randomised, prospectiv study in a Cross-over design. Therefore medical compression stockings (MCS) according to RAL and CE licensing were checked, in the implementation A-D CcL 1 (18 – 21 mmHg / 2. 4 - became 2. 8 kPa) and CcL2 (23 – 32 mmHg / 3. 1 - 4. 3 kPa) with closed toe, different models of the manufacturers Medi, Juzo, Sigvaris and Bauerfeind concerning difficulties in the Tightening behaviour in elderly people with movement restriction (e. g. , Hüft-TEP, intervertebral disc symptomatology, arthrosis, etc. ) in the comparison to commercially available Kneestockings. The study occurred within the scope of 2 rounds (1. Screeningvisit/study inclusion, 2. Visit1 with 3 donning-complexes of the above- mentioned stockings with and without the helo of donningdevices (textile, frame), in a randomised setting. It could be shown that the tightening behavior also influences compliance and also the therapeutic goal. Therefore, in the case of handicapped patients, independently of the compression class, an individual aid is often needed, e.g. donning devices or aids by third parties (e.g. a nursing service)
