N2  - Als klassische Indikation der Knorpelknochentransplantation gelten bisher die Osteochondrosis dissecans (OD) des Kniegelenkes und die kleinere traumatische Knorpelläsionen im Bereich der Femurkondylen. Bei zunehmender Erfahrung des Operateurs können auch die OD bzw. Arthrose der retropatellaren Gleitfläche und die OD-Läsionen der medialen oder lateralen Talusschulter versorgt werden. Zu den Ausschlusskriterien vieler Autoren zählen ein fortgeschrittenes Patientenalter (>45J), retropatellare Knorpelschäden sowie ein Knorpeldefekt aufgrund von Arthrose. Ziel der Studie ist es folgende Ausschlusskriterien zu hinterfragen: 1) Alter 2) Defektlokalisation der Arthrose 3) Defektgröße der Arthrose 4) Defektursache
