N2  - Diese Studie zielt darauf ab, die Notwendigkeit und Möglichkeiten des Einsatzes der Mikrofinanz als Instrument zur Finanzierung medizinischer Hilfsmittel in Syrien zu analysieren und die bereit bestehenden Mikrofinanzprogramme zu motivieren, damit sie ihre Finanzdienste für Finanzierung medizinischer Hilfsmittel anbieten. Die syrische Regierung hat bedeutende Fortschritte im Bereich des Gesundheitswesens erzielt. Aber bei fehlender sozialer Krankenversicherung kann eine Vielzahl der Armen, deren Einkommen unzureichend ist, ihre gesundheitlichen Probleme nicht überwinden. Diese Studie zeigt, dass die Gehbehinderte und Lungenpatienten davon überzeugt sind, dass die Mikrofinanz in Syrien eine wichtige Rolle bei der Finanzierung medizinische Hilfsmittel spielen könnte.
N2  - This study aims to analyse the need and chance for microfinance as a tool for financing medical devices. In addition, this study wants to encourage microfinance institutions to go beyond their traditional field of business and start lending to disabled so that they can buy the equipment necessary to live a productive life of higher quality. The Syrian government has taken important steps in the field of public health, but in the absence of social health insurance a large number of poor people whose income is insufficient cannot overcome their health problems. This study shows that patients suffering from a walking disability and patients with chronic lung are convinced that microfinance could be an important tool for them to finance their medical devices.
