T1  - Systemische, multidimensionale Evaluation des Curriculum über die Praxisphase im „Community Medicine Nursing“ –Projekt zur Entwicklung eines praxisnahen, lernenden Curriculum
N2  - Die demographische Entwicklung in Deutschland führt zu medizinischen Versorgungsproblemen, speziell für ältere Bevölkerungsgruppen. Darauf basierend wurde das Community Medicine Nursing –Projekt zur Entwicklung eines lernenden Curriculums entwickelt, in dessen Rahmen diese Dissertation entstand. Das Ziel der Arbeit war die Evaluation der Qualifikation in diesem Projekt. Dazu wurden drei Ergebnisdimensionen untersucht: das Arbeitsspektrum des Community Medicine Nursing, die Übereinstimmung des Curriculums mit den Anforderungen der Praxis und die Akzeptanz und Einschätzung des Handelns der Community Medicine Nurses durch die Hausärzte. Die Datenbasis bildeten Fragebögen und halbstrukturierte Reflektionsrunden der Community Medicine Nurses und Hausärzte. Die Community Medicine Nurses als auch die Hausärzte bewerteten das Curriculum als praxisrelevant. Die Erweiterung des Arbeitsfeldes und die eigenverantwortliche Tätigkeit in Delegation des Hausarztes wurden besonders positiv durch die Pflegefachkräfte bewertet. Die Hausärzte stuften die Arbeit der Community Medicine Nurses mit Blick auf den Patienten als vergleichbar mit ihrer eigenen Qualität ein.
N2  - Age-demographic changes will cause medical care supply problems, especially for older people, motivating a re-evaluation of the nursing role in ambulatory medical care. In Framework of Community Medicine Nursing –a project to develop a learning curriculum this dissertation was developed. The aim of this dissertation is the evaluation of the developed qualification in this project. Three dimensions were explored: delegated scope of duties of the CM-Nurses, the analogy of the curriculum in relation to the needs in practice and the general practitioners acceptance with appraisement of the Community Medicine Nurses. The database was created with theoretical and practical phase evaluated by participants, general practitioners through questionnaires, reflection rounds and structured interviews during and after the practice phase. Participants and general practitioners rated the curriculum as relevant and useful. Nurses were motivated by the ability to be self-employed and the expansion of their scope of professional work general practitioners regarded medical duty delegation as workload relief. Patients positively evaluated nurse visits, comparing medical competence and conduct to that of a general practitioners.
