T1  - Retrospektive Untersuchung zur Ausbildung von postoperativen Wundinfektionen nach primärer Implantation von Hüfttotalendoprothesen
N2  - Ziel: In der vorliegenden Arbeit sollten die Risikofaktoren für postoperative Wundinfektionen anhand von Literatur erarbeitet werden, das Patientengut dargestellt werden und betroffene Patienten nachuntersucht werden ( anhand des Harris-Hip-Score). Material und Methoden: 513 Patienten von 2001 bis 2003 wurden anhand von Anamnesebögen, OP-Dokumentationen, Anästhesiedokumentationen, Mikrobiologischen Befunden, Radiologiebefunden und Arztbriefen beschrieben und in zwei Patientenkollektive („KG“ vs. „WI“) eingeteilt. Folgende Kriterien wurden erhoben: Geschlecht, Alter, BMI, Vorerkrankung, Diagnosen, Bluttransfusion, OP-Länge, Antibiose, Blutbild, Komplikationen Zusammenfassung: 513 Patienten ( 241 männlich, 272 weiblich ), 65,8 Jahre im Durchschnitt, 15 Patienten oder 2,9 Prozent mit einer postoperativen Wundinfektion. Signifikant mehr transfundiertes Blut (p=0,031) und signifikant länger operiert (p=0,0006) Patienten mit einem Wundhämatom haben signifikant häufiger eine postoperative Wundinfektionen entwickelt (p=0,0013). Keinen signifikanten Einfluss hatten das Alter, Geschlecht, Body-Maß-Index, bestehende Vorerkrankungen und der Anzahl der Diagnosen Im Harris-Hip-Score erreichten die Patienten 64 Punkte im Durchschnitt.
N2  - Background: To describe the risk faktors of postoperative woundinfection, describe the patients with a postoperative woundinfection and a follow-up of this patients. Materials and Methods: 513 patients from 2001 bis 2003 based on anamnesis, intra- and postoperative documentations, clinical documentation and doctors letters.devided into two groups: patient with and without postoperativ wound infection („KG“ vs. „WI“). Criteria: gender, age, bodymassindex, pre-existing illness, diagnoses, blood transfusion, operation, antibiosis, haemogram, complikations. Conclusion: 513 patients ( 241 male, 272 female ), 65,8 years in the middle, 15 patients or 2,9 percent with a postoperative wound infection. Significant more blood transfusions (p=0,031), significant longer operations (p=0,0006) by patients with a postoperative woundinfection. Patient with a haematoma developed more often a postoperative woundinfection (p=0,0013). No significant effect: age, gender, bodymassindex, pre-existing illness, diagnoses. Harris-Hip-Score: 64 Punkte in the middle.
