N2  - In dem Werk wird die Synthese von bisher unbekannten SIRT2-Inhibitoren mit 2-Naphthol- und partiell hydriertem Indolgrundkörpern beschrieben. Am Ende ist es gelungen potente und SIRT2-selektive Inhibitoren mit unterer mikromolarer Hemmkonzentration zu synthetisieren.
N2  - The work describes the synthesis of previously unknown SIRT2 inhibitors with 2-naphthol and partially hydrogenated indole bases. In the end, it was possible to synthesize potent and SIRT2-selective inhibitors with lower micromolar inhibitory potency.
