N2  - In the available work different operation procedures for the operational treatment of the hallux valgus. Simple procedures (Basisosteotomien) became with complex interferences (Austin and /or Basisosteotomie with Akin compared. As instrument of the reexamination the 100-point-hallux-metatarsophalangeal-interphalangeal-score of the A.O.F.A.S. was used. Additionally the correction results were compared with one another through to measure the hallux valgus angle and the intermetatarsale angle. The best results could be obtained after austin osteotomien. The patient satisfaction could be increased by complex interferences at the first jet in particular clearly by a very good cosmetic result.
