  • The matched-pair analysis provides evidence that low-dose alemtuzumab (10/20 mg) prior to alloSCT ia a feasible strategy for in vivo T cell transplantation before haematopoietic cell transplantation. Low-dose alemtuzumab results in similar outcomes and showed a potential benefit by reducing chronic GvHD, alemtuzmab was associated with reduced acute toxicity compared to ATG. The number of transfused red cell concentrates was significantly higher in the ATG group compared with the Alemtuzumab group, the platelet engraftment was heavily inflienced by the application of alemtuzumab instead of ATG.
