  • This thesis demonstrates methods, descriptive, cluster and bivariat statistics of the ISAAC Phase I data from Greifswald. Analysed data include response rate, result from ISAAC base questionaire and cluster analysis of rhinitis conditions. Significant relations are shown between family history, traffic, heating, damp walls, bedding, washing agent, dermal complaints, carpeting, smoking, infection disease, social conditions, answering person and atopic disease. There are no significant relations are found between migration to Mecklenburg- Vorpommern, nursery school, age of parents, breastfeeding and atopic disease. The results of special spatial investigations shows significant relations between traffic census and traffic related responses from the ISAAC questionaire of Greifswald.
