- Die Dissertation beschreibt die Synthese von Trinukleotiden sowohl an der festen Phase als auch an löslichem Träger mit Hilfe der Phosphoramiditmethode. Grundlage für die Anbindung der Startnukleoside bietet die Disulfidbrückenbindung zur gewählten Phase.
- This dissertation describes the synthesis of trinucleotide building blocks by phosphoramidite method on solid and soluble support. Startnucleosides were connected at the used support via disulfide bridge.
