• End of life care nach allogener Stammzelltransplantation: Die Prognose nach allogener Stammzelltransplantation beträgt ca. 50%, die nicht heilbaren Patienten können von einer palliativmedizinischen Therapie profitieren. Die Bedürfnisse könnten sich unterscheiden zu denen von Patienten mit unheilbaren soliden Tumoren. In dieser Arbeit war die Zielsetzung die Identifizierung der Probleme und Notwendigkeiten nach allogener Stammzelltransplantation, hierfür wurden 123 Patienten die an der Universitätsmedizin Greifswald transplantiert wurden und bereits verstorben sind, in die Studie eingeschlossen.
• Allogenic stem cell transplantation may cure approximately 50% of patients, however, the other 50% could benefit from palliative care medicine at the end of life. The needs of these patients may differ from those of patients suffering from incurable solid tumours and are not comprehensively evaluated so far. To address this question, data charts from 123 patients who have died after allogenic stem cell transplantation were extracted.
