Granting a simple right of use

The document will be published onto the document server after having been checked and processed through the university library’s work flows. For that purpose the library needs the formal "“Declaration of the doctoral candidate for submitting a dissertation in electronic form”, (wich is, as legal file, unfortunately in German language only) signed by you. Please secure that this declaration together with four printed issues of your dissertation has reached the university library, either personally, or, via mail.
